    Hear About it Later solo.

    Fast

I've done a slower one as well. This bitch won't let me post two in one, so go to Youtube, it'll be there.

This makes me feel good that my hands were going to the right positions. I've never played it with this kind of panache, though, but that's where the hours come in.

Damn good job, my only criticism (i'm gonna be garbeaj for a moment), was that final ascending lick
was always a series of quick pull-offs between two notes, going up the neck.
I think you were just one-noteing it, which is what it ended up sounding like on the album, but there
is a series of quick pulls, giving it a stutter effect.

He does the same thing in the "In a simple rhyme" solo, where he does a similar ascending lick, on one string.

It's one of those early Ed staples.

    Thanks Doug!

I really appreciate your VH instruction vids. I picked up the guitar at an early age because of Eddie, and tried to figure out all of the 6 pack by ear (I am 44 now). I figured out most all of it, but watching your lessons has helped me learn all the little amazing Eddie fills and tricks that I was really just winging. I raise my gobblet of Rock to you sir Doug!
I like the way the line runs up the back of her stockings....
