Really cool video , Don !!!
The rig sounds killer . It's nice to see another user getting great results from it . Makes me wish (in a way) that I still had a rack set up ... I'd spring for one of the Axe FX boxes no questions asked . Haha . They're pretty expensive though , and I'd also have to re-buy a power amp/SKB case/power conditioner/midi floor pedal etc . Whew ... I could put a down payment on a house ! LOL.

    Great playing , too !
Your fret hand seems really relaxed but with a very accurate attack . Fantastic takes on the "On Fire" solo .
    Cheers

Robbie thanks for the kind words I have been using the axe Fx alone t0 model many amps for live use for a few years now and after getting a wild hair to learn some VHI stuff that I grew up listing to and never really could pull off I began trying to build pre sets in the Axe. This led to getting the 5150 III half stack soooo I did not want to go buy a bunch of pedals I had recently sold to get the Axe Fx. You get the idea. After buying the axe rig including the MFC 101 midi controller I really wanted to use the rig I owned for the effects for the newly purchased EVH 1/2 stack. You can get a similar result with TC, multi effects of others, just thought I would post what I am using and spark some conversation. By the way the EVH 5150 rig is bad ass!!!!!!!!!
