Yep it was 9, with something like 41,000 copies sold the 1st week. I think it went on to sell 3 more after that.

I don't even think CF is capable competition.

It's like Ratt vs. Led Zeppelin, in a way.
CF will only appeal to a minority of fans, while VH will appeal to a much broader base of music
    buyers.
    Everyone knows Van Halen.

    WZLX officially loves this record.

    They just played, "As is."

I love this song! I can't listen to it enough. The louder the better too.

The Boston Metro's headline today said: Karl Lagerfield apologizes for calling Adele fat!

In the world of news, that was one of the top stories.
    Made me chuckle.

I wish Seattle had a station like yours. As Is is a perfect 10 of a song.

    It sucks here in Seattle.

Once we lost the X, it was game over!

KISW is a joke. I haven't heard one new Van Halen song other then Tattoo and that was around the release.

Same here in my town & country. Only one good radio station and it only plays Tattoo so far.
Not that I'm complaining, but the record has other true potential singles there!
Wolfgang Van Halen - "I love being a bass player. Its just me and Al a groove section. Just boom, boom, boom, and were good". GW

Edward Van Halen - "What is next for Wolf is the next record and the next tour. Hes no different than I am. Music is his life. If he goes back to school, Ill probably go with him. GC

I listen to the same station as UG here in Boston (WZLX) and I can attest that they are indeed playing all of the songs from the new album. They do a thing called "Yesterday And Today" where they play a classic song from VH then follow it up with something from ADKOT. I can also tell you that ever since the new album had an official release date they have moved to play just songs from the six-pack. No Hagar or Cherone era songs have been played during the hours that I listen. I can also tell you that I have yet to hear a Chickenfoot song on this station or any other station.

For those of you who have the ability they do stream online.
