    More Than A Feeling-Boston
Dont Stand So Close To Me-The Police
    With Or Without You-U2
Over The Hills And Far Away-Led Zeppelin
    Foolin-Def Leppard

Ones That I despise when they come on the radio for gazillionth time:

    Rock And Roll All Nite-KISS
    ANYTHING by Pink Floyd
    I Am The Walrus(or whatever it's called, it's godawful)-The Beatles
    One-U2
    Losing My Religion-REM
    Epic-Faith No More
There's too many more to continue. Good Lord, Wimpy is right. Radio nowadays, just plain sucks.

    Killer tunes for sure.
Sounds weird, but I enjoy Van hagar's version for WGFA a lot. EVH and AVH just kick playing that tune at 5150.
Wolfgang Van Halen - "I love being a bass player. Its just me and Al a groove section. Just boom, boom, boom, and were good". GW
    ---
Edward Van Halen - "What is next for Wolf is the next record and the next tour. Hes no different than I am. Music is his life. If he goes back to school, Ill probably go with him. GC

Which version? I love the 1st one, not the remix thing they released before they disbanded in the mid 1980's.
I also enjoy the video clip - pretty cool stuff.

I agree, It's actually one of my favorite songs.
If I really had to choose it will be:
Almost everything CVH (and some Van Hagar)
    Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird
    Jimi Hendrix - Hey Joe
Guns and Roses - Paradise City
    Cream - White Room

The original for sure Simon! The '86 version totally butchers a classic and definitely shows that those 3 could not create together anymore.

Apologize for being a little of topic. I'm no musician but I played the beginning of this song on guitar the other day for my kid. He liked it the first couple of times. After that, he had enough.
