    Alex or Mike ??

i'm soooo sick of the bitching over the fact that Michael isn't in VH anymore !
i miss him too , but it's over folks -- LET IT GO

i read lots of comments about him being an average bass player , but having outstanding backup vocals .
just for fun , let's try this .... i've heard that Al is an 'ok' drummer ? but we don't have any major vocal contributions from him ?

if it came down to it , who would you rather see out of VH , Al or Mike ??

    Deffinitely Alex!

Al has that splashy sound, which is a big part of VH (or was).
Mike has the backing vocals, but i prefer the drums to the high pitched vocal stylings.

Ha ha dumb ass! But yea Me and my brother were just talking about that the other day. Al's drumming is a huge part of the VH sound. I wish Mike was still there to but sadly he is the easiest to replace, well.......you know what i mean

i love MA as much as always , but you're right Mall - he was the weakest link and the easiest to face the chopping block .....

p.s. good to see you on here again !

Sorry, I cant let this go. Any one who actually says Al is just "ok" on drums? Listen to "Loss Of Control" "Girl Gone Bad" "Outta Love Again" "In A Simple Rhyme" "HFT" "HOP" "Hang Em High" "I'm The One" "Bottoms Up" "Everybody Wants Some!" "Fools" "Dirty Movies" "Sinner's Swing" "Light Up The Sky" "Feel Your Love Tonight" "On Fire" "I'll Wait" "MWM" "CGTSNM" and many others. And listen to the many bootlegs out there where he plays even more manic and over the top. There really has never been a VH studio recording that captures what Al has always done live.

I'd prefer Mike to be in the mix over Wolfie, but at the end of the day, things change.

I see Sum, stomping his feet, calling Eddie the antichrist, over & over again, but it's ridiculous!
Bands change members, relationships falter, life goes on.
Mike is supposedly happy as a pig in shit, so why the long faces?
