    Recording help

I have had a Fostex digital 8-track for some time that unfortunately I have rarely used. I have laid down some tracks but I am having an issue with getting the mixed tracks onto my PC and onto a CD or mp3 player.

Is there anyone out there on CVH.com that can help me out?

It does have a USB port so I am thinking that I can somehow connect it but not sure how to get the mixed info. I should have splurged on the unit with the CDR onboard but.....

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd Google the model and try to download the owners manual.
That should tell you exactly what you need to do.

You'll need to export the file, but I don't think it will be in "MP3" format, so then you'll have to convert it somehow.

If the unit has a USB port, it's possible that it came with software.
    Again, try Google.
