I think because Canada spawned both Avril Lavigne & Nickelback, they get an unfair rap.

I always viewed Canada as too cold to be a destination for me.

I don't understand the prejudice most Americans have against Canada.... And the health insurance.
The bi-lingual thing blows my mind.
My room-mate's first language was French, and his parents are Jamaican! All because he lives in Canada.

Toronto is a cool place (and Quebec & Nova Scotia).
I've been around Canada, since i was a little kid.
One time, we went up in this huge lighthouse, somewhere in NS.
Even as a six year old kid, once at the top, all i could envision was falling off &
landing on the beach, headfirst.
My sister and i collected bottlecaps from that beach, of exotic Canadian beers.
I also remember seeing a yellow firetruck, which completely blew my young mind.

I think it's more just the adults that don't tolerate it, because all the young guys swear. Keeping in mind that all the young guys I hang out with are black. It's weird, so far the black dudes have been more accepting and open than the white guys. Looks like ICM was right.
I'm already starting to talk differently after a week, which I must admit, is a bit of a worry. Don't want to go home sounding like a wigger or a redneck.
I had Taco Bell the first night I was here; there are plenty of them I also had Caine's Chicken last night, which was good.
Lots of value for cheap money here, which is a good thing. The unlisted taxes are annoying though.
I think I would fit in a lot better in Boston with my constant profanity. My friend is playing at Palm Desert in California, and says I would love it there.
I'm starting to like Canada, my roommate said that if I don't go back to Australia for the Christmas break, I can go to Toronto with him. Good guy.
